As part of the planned retirement of Dennis W. Felty, who has served as President of Keystone Human Services over the past 44 years, the KHS Board of Directors has engaged in an extensive executive succession process. As a result of this process, the Board is pleased to announce that Charles J. Hooker, III, Keystone’s Senior Vice President, was appointed as KHS President-Elect on January 26, 2016.
